Our store is built on Next.js and hosted on Vercel. Payments are processed by Stripe. We also use Shopify, but only internally as an inventory ledger — it never processes checkout or handles customer data directly.

Physical products purchased through the Service are covered by a 90-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your order, contact support@vktrcosmetics.com within 90 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.

This guarantee applies to physical product purchases only. It does not apply to the Ageless Beauty Program subscription once your 14-day free trial has ended and recurring billing has begun. You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account page; cancellation takes effect for future billing cycles and is not a refund of past charges.

Products or Services

Certain products may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities, subject to return or exchange according to our Return Policy.

We've made every effort to display product colors and images as accurately as possible; we cannot guarantee your monitor's display will be accurate.
